Rental Rates

• Daily Rental rates are based on a 24-hour rental day starting at the time of rental. The minimum charge is one day. The renter will be charged for each hour and/or any part of an hour in excess of a rental day the renter keeps the vehicle until the vehicle is returned.

Driver’s License

• At time of rental an acceptable valid driver’s license, issued from your country of residence MUST be presented and must be valid for the entire rental period. and International Driver’s licence is recommended for licenses and National Driver’s licence for Indonesian. All rentals require a valid driver’s license issued in your home country, with or without the International Driver’s Permit.

Insurance Cover

• Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage Insurance for the Rental Car including any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. All Risk insurance coverage with Own Risk Cost US$ 25 or Rp.250.000,-( other word: in the case of an accident the excess is; US 25 )

Overtime car surcharge

• Rental rates is for 24 hours ( daily ) and extra charge of US$ 3.5,-/hour and for Toyota Innova US$5,-/hour for every hour the vehicle is late to returned in excess of 24hours from the start-rental time.

Including Drivers and Fees

• Including driver + Rp. 100.000,-/Day/10 hours and additional time surcharge per hour US$ 2,- or Rp. 20.000,- and Expense cost per day Rp. 100.000,- for meal and accommodation driver if rent including driver stay.

Driving Restrictions

• In the Indonesia traffic rule driving is done on the left side of the road.

Driver and Drivers Age:

• Renters and drivers must be at least 17 years of age to qualify to drive the vehicle. Minimum age in Indonesia rule driving car on the road.

Other Including

• Every Car We will be prepare book Street Atlas ( MAP of Road Bali details ) and we will charge US$5,-/rental car or Rp. 50.000,-.

• We Will Prepare welcome package free ( Not Charge ) for guiding book information about place and destination or traffic rules in bali etc.

• Free delivery area to the Airport, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Sanur and Denpasar area. Extra charge will be applied for remote area. ( see details )

Cancellation fee

• Cancelation Fee 20% from 1 Day rate, should to reconfirm us 3 days before using the car. If loss we will charge cancellation fee.

area rental Limited

• It is not permitted to drive the car off the island without prior approval. ( Example go to Lombok or Java )

Gasoline Policy

• Every car when start rent we prepare between half until fuel tank gasoline and renter must be to return at the same condition.

The price is including

• Repair and maintenance all car for short or long term rental period

• Including substitute car in case the car in use get something trouble

• Unlimited mileage or kilometer

• All Risk insurance with Own Risk (US$ 25,- orRp. 250.000/kejadian) and Third Party Liability cover maximum US$ 1.000,- orRp. 10.000.000,-

PICK UP AND DROP CAR CONDITION :
One Way pick Up or Delivery Car Outside Area with condition is :

• Return car in ubud surcharge to Delivery or Pick Up the car Rp.100,000,-

• Return car in Tanah Lot surcharge to Delivery or Pick Up the car Rp.125,000,-

• Return car in Padang Bay,Candidasa surcharge to Delivery or Pick Up the car Rp.250,000,-

• Return car in Tirtha Gangga, surcharge to Delivery or Pick Up the car Rp. 275.000,-

• Return car in Lovina, Singaraja surcharge to Delivery or Pick Up the car Rp.290,000,-

• Return car in Grogak,Pemuteran Singaraja surcharge to Delivery or Pick Up the car Rp.365,000,

• No advance deposit is needed to make a booking, therefore simply completing and send us your Booking Form and your car rental would be prepared on your requested date and time. Payment upon car delivery.

• Transfer Down Payment 50% in Advance before using the car rental

• Payment cash upon car delivery to customer

• Car rates relate to the condition and year of vehicle. When advising the type of vehicle that you would prefer, please clarify condition or rate of your choice and book your rental car in advance to guarantee your booking.
